Terms of Service

Effective date: April 25, 2026

1. Definitions

• "SafeGrow": the LiameedS parental control and educational continuity ecosystem.
• "Parent User": account holder with legal authority over a child.
• "Child Profile": profile created and managed by a Parent User for supervision and learning workflows.
• "School Entity": school, district, or authorized educational institution using School Portal features.
• "Services": apps, cloud APIs, notifications, support, and related infrastructure.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must be legally capable of entering contracts under applicable law.
• Parent Users represent they are a legal guardian or otherwise authorized to supervise the child.
• You are responsible for account security, credential confidentiality, and device pairing actions.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update account data.

3. Child safety use and legal responsibility

• SafeGrow is designed for lawful child protection, educational support, and family digital wellbeing.
• You must use monitoring and filtering features in compliance with local, state, federal, and international law.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required notices or consents in your jurisdiction.
• SafeGrow may suspend or restrict use where abuse, unlawful surveillance, or platform security risk is detected.

3.1 Mobile Messaging Consent (SMS)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly agree to receive SMS notifications from Segoulin Corporate International LLC for security alerts (SOS), pairing codes, and service notifications.

Message frequency depends on account activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile data will never be shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. School and district features (FERPA-aware workflow)

• School Portal and district workflows are intended for authorized educational purposes only.
• School entities remain responsible for legal basis, notices, and permissions required for student data processing.
• Where required, parties must execute a separate School District DPA/Student Data Addendum before production deployment.
• If this Terms page conflicts with a signed DPA or school contract, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.

5. Privacy, COPPA/GDPR and child data

• SafeGrow is architected for parent-managed child accounts and consent-based controls.
• For children under 13 (or equivalent age threshold), parental authorization is required prior to child-linked data processing.
• Where GDPR applies, processing may rely on consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests in safety/security.
• Data rights requests (access, correction, deletion, portability where applicable) are handled via privacy@LiameedS.com.

6. Acceptable use restrictions

• No unauthorized access, penetration attempts, reverse engineering, or abuse of platform vulnerabilities.
• No use of SafeGrow to target or harm minors, evade lawful protections, or violate third-party rights.
• No high-volume scraping, bot abuse, or activity that disrupts service availability.
• No upload or transmission of unlawful, malicious, or infringing content.

7. Service changes, availability, and beta/stability phases

• SafeGrow may introduce, modify, or retire features to improve safety, compliance, and reliability.
• Some features may be marked Beta or Stability Testing and may evolve rapidly.
• While we target strong uptime and synchronization reliability, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

8. Payments and subscriptions (if enabled)

• Paid plans, billing periods, and feature tiers are described at purchase checkout or in-app offer screens.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
• Taxes and payment provider fees may apply depending on region and app-store terms.
• App-store purchases may be governed by additional platform billing rules.

9. Intellectual property

• SafeGrow software, branding, and documentation are owned by LiameedS and protected by IP law.
• We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services according to these Terms.
• No right is granted to copy, sublicense, resell, or create derivative products from SafeGrow technology.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to applicable law.
• SafeGrow does not guarantee prevention of all harm, abuse, bypass attempts, or third-party outages.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiameedS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable rights under consumer protection law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify LiameedS, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising from your unlawful use, policy violations, or misuse of monitoring/school features.

12. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using SafeGrow at any time and request account deletion under our privacy process.
• We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security abuse, legal non-compliance, or fraud risk.
• Certain clauses survive termination, including liability, IP, dispute, and compliance clauses.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought before competent courts in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence requires another forum.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, or product changes. Material updates will be communicated through website/app notice and effective date updates.
