Pairing code does not work
Check both apps are updated, regenerate a new pairing code in Parent App, and ensure internet access on both devices.
Child app is not receiving new rules
Verify notification permission is enabled, battery optimization is disabled for SafeGrow Kids, and that the child device is still paired.
Social media blocking does not apply in browser
Make sure VPN filter is active on the child device and the "Block Social Media" master toggle is enabled in Parent App.
Location appears outdated
Allow "Always" location permission, disable aggressive battery saver, and keep mobile data/location services enabled.
