SMS Consent & Opt-In Flow

This page documents the public SMS consent flow used for LiameedS SafeGrow. Service provider legal entity: Segoulin Corporate International LLC.
1. Entry point
- User opens the parent sign-up form.
- User sees links to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- User must accept legal terms to create an account.
2. SMS consent is optional and separate
Checkbox label used in sign-up flow:
I agree to receive SMS messages regarding parental safety alerts and account service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Checkbox is optional (default unchecked).
- Account creation is not blocked when SMS consent is declined.
- SMS is not sent unless user opted in.
3. Opt-out and support keywords
- STOP: immediate unsubscribe from future SMS.
- HELP: help and support instructions.
4. Consent evidence retained
- Consent status (accepted/rejected)
- Timestamp
- Capture source (signup form checkbox)
- Consent text version
